Accessibility FAQ
ADA seating may be purchased in-person, over the phone, or at www.buddyhollyhall.com using Etix. On Etix, available ADA seats will display with the wheelchair symbol, and available Companion Seats will show as a gray "C."
The areas listed below are designated ADA seats, but there may be other areas to accommodate on your needs. To determine the best available options for you, please contact the box office.

All seats for the Helen DeVitt Jones Theater listed above can be removed to make space for a wheelchair.

Assistive Listening Devices are available upon request. After entering the lobby, guests should go to the back of the box office to receive the device. A valid photo ID will be requested as a deposit for the equipment.
The receivers feature an integrated lanyard that is easy to wear. Guests will be given the option to use a single ear speaker or stereo headphones. The lanyards are compatible with telecoil-equipped (t-coil) hearing aids and cochlear implants.
The drop-off area is located at the southwest corner of The Buddy Holly Hall. To access this area, pull into the drive between The Buddy Holly Hall and the Civic Center mechanical building on the north side of Mac Davis Lane.
The Buddy Holly Hall has three (3) public elevators in the main lobby. Two (2) are located to the left, and one (1) to the right. These elevators provide access to all levels of the building.
ADA accessible parking is in the Reserved Parking area, located west of The Buddy Holly Hall.
Patrons who require ADA parking may enter the Reserved Parking area for free with a valid Persons with Disabilities Parking Placard or License Plate.
To enter the lot, pull into the drive between The Buddy Holly Hall and the Civic Center mechanical building on the north side of Mac Davis Lane. Parking attendants will confirm access to the lot and direct you to the parking area.
All restrooms are equipped with accessible facilities. In addition to our standard restrooms, there are family restrooms on every floor.
Trained service animals are welcome in the Hall.
ASL interpreters are available upon request. This service is available in limited seating locations. Please contact The Buddy Holly Hall box office at (806) 792-8339 at least three (3) weeks prior to the event for which the services are needed.
