New subscribers may purchase their package by phone at (806) 792-8339 (Available Monday - Friday, 12pm - 4PM) or online by clicking their preferred performance day below.
Current Broadway Members may log in to Account Manager to view current invoices and renew your Season Membership or make changes. For step by step instructions, please click the button below. Members may also email or call our Box office for assistance with renewing seats.

Any seats not renewed by June 22 will be released to accommodate change requests for renewing subscribers and new subscriptions.

Any seats not renewed by June 22 will be released to accommodate change requests for renewing subscribers and new subscriptions. If you have requested a change or upgrade, you will be contacted by the Box Office if we can accommodate your request.
Note all Members must pay for their current seats before the renewal deadline to allow the Box Office to accommodate any changes or upgrades.
Payment plans are available to all Members, offering five equal installments at time of renewal until October.
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges except in the case of an event cancelation. The following policies apply to single ticket purchases:
If your event is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s).
If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, including account credit to be used for future show purchases, or refunds upon request. If your event is canceled for any reason, including local and state government restrictions, we will always exhaust every option possible, including account credit to be used for future show purchases, or refunds upon request.
Tickets for the upcoming season will be delivered electronically via Etix to the email linked to your account. Your season tickets will be delivered 3 days prior to the first show of the season. Watch your email for further communications. You will also have the option to pick up your tickets at will call.
Season Members are able to exchange performances in the same show’s run with no fee. Once the Member exchange period begins, we recommend exchanging as early as possible for the best seating options. Please note that seating options for exchanges can be limited and if changing into a higher priced performance or seating location, a price difference may apply.
