Buddy Holly Hall Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. (CT) and two hours prior to show time. During daytime hours, in-person assistance is available at the front outside window.
Box Office FAQ
Tickets can be purchased at www.buddyhollyhall.org using Etix, at (806) 79-BUDDY (792-8339), and in person at the Box Office, located at 1300 Mac Davis Lane.
Online orders are processed by Etix, the venue’s authorized ticket provider. Service and delivery charges will apply for all ticket purchases.
Checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are accepted. Cash is not accepted.
Gift cards must be purchased in person or by phone, and they may be used only for ticket purchases through Etix. Gift cards can be picked up at the box office Monday through Friday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Will Call tickets may be picked up at the box office Monday through Friday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Ticket purchasers must present a photo ID when picking up tickets.
All guests of Buddy Holly Hall must have a ticket for admission, including children and infants carried in arms. Strollers are not allowed in the building. Note that most ticketed events at Buddy Holly Hall are not appropriate for preschool-age children.
There is a nursing room available in our building. Please locate a staff member for directions to the nursing room.
Events for children or families may have an exception to this policy. Please check individual show descriptions online or call the box office for more information.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will receive the new performance information through the email address provided at the time of purchase. If a performance is cancelled, Buddy Holly Hall will issue a full refund.
Buddy Holly Hall Box Office, www.buddyhollyhall.com, and Etix are the only authorized outlets for tickets to performances at Buddy Holly Hall. By purchasing from the official ticket provider, you are assured that the tickets you receive are valid, sold at face value, and will be honored by the Hall. Tickets purchased from brokers or third-party websites are purchased at the consumer’s own risk.
Ticket brokering, scalping, and reselling are prohibited. Any purchase deemed suspicious is subject to cancellation without notice.
Subscriptions and group sales for Broadway at Buddy Holly Hall are handled by the American Theatre Guild. Single tickets can be purchased at the Buddy Holly Hall box office, www.buddyhollyhall.org, and Etix.
